Bogart

Bogart is a joyful loving lab who wanted to try swimming to help with back-end issues, in which his legs give out and sometimes a leg just starts kicking out for no reason. The neurologist has not been able to diagnose the problem, but now Bogart wears black doggie booties which seems to protect his feet and lowers the incidence of kicking out.

Bogart also had some itchy skin issues and was overweight. His parents changed his diet to Honest Kitchen, which is a gluten-free, dehydrated raw food and started bringing him swimming twice a week. He no longer itches, which eliminated his need for steroids, and he has dropped

20 pounds.

John and Karen love their little angel so much and have committed themselves to doing whatever it takes to make his life better. He is quite the happy camper and has great fun swimming with his mom twice a week.
